Oberaudorf is just 25 minutes from both the Wilder Kaiser and Bayerisch-Zell ski areas. Also called "The Pearl of the Inn Valley" is located in one of the most beautiful and attractive mountain regions in Upper Bavaria. The village is characterized by rustic farms, beautiful villas and chapels. A quiet location, but close to two excellent ski resorts.
Rosenheim is situated just over the the boarder in Germany and is a 45 minute drive to the Wilder Kaiser ski area. This bustling beautiful town offers plenty to do for everyone with a swimming pool, bowling alley, a trampoline park and games arcades plus plenty of shopping and a great choice of cafes bars and restaurants.
The Wildschönau is well known to British holiday makers, being a long time favourite ski destination for British skiers. It is now even better, due to the recent connection with Alpbach. The beautiful resorts of Niederau, Oberrau, Auffach all offer good skiing for all standards of skier, with the connection to Alpbach being from the latter. There is plenty to do in each of the resorts, and nearby Wörgl, a small bustling town, offers an array of facilities including "Plus" bowling centre.
